The Metropolitan Police Service is the main police force in London, working to keep people safe, prevent crime, and support communities across the city. The brief was to create social media assets, including carousels and programmatic banners advertising Police Community Support Officer roles, with an emphasis on attracting female and ethnic minority applicants. This campaign won an award at the PPMA’s for Best creative concept recruitment campaign in 2025.
